I own a 30 foot boat slip at Sunset Marina. Sunset Marina is a 167 slip marina overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with fast access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The dock is a state-of-the-art concrete floating dock by Bellingham Marine™ and the harbor is protected by two breakwaters.

My slip will handle a boat up to 34' overall length by 15' 6" overall width. Overall length is not measured at the water line. It is the total measurement from the tip of your bow pulpit to the trailing side of your engine, or transom platform if you have an inboard.

Accommodations at Sunset Marina include bathrooms, showers, cable hookup, toilets, dockside water, 30 amp electric with personal electric meter at the dock, and personal dock-box. There is a fuel dock, pump out station, and store where you can get ice and groceries.

I prefer a long term tenant signing a yearly lease, but will consider shorter terms if the slip is vacant. First and last month's rent needed to move in, plus a $200 security deposit.

Current Long Term Rate is $800 per month. That includes tax, cable, water, and $50 worth of electric per month. If you go over the $50, you just pay the overage. I will send you a separate bill if that happens.
